• Headband: Committing to wearing it at night for 3-4 weeks is the most important step to prevent the ear from returning to its previous position during sleep.
• Sleeping Position: Sleep on your back and avoid sleeping on your sides during the first week to avoid pressure on the ear.
• Washing Hair: Hair can be washed after stitches are removed (1 week), being careful not to rub the area behind the ear vigorously.
• Avoid Glasses: It is preferable not to wear medical glasses or sunglasses that rest on the ears for two weeks.
